Returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt of product unless excluded below. The customer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packing. Installed products may not be exchanged or returned. Custom ordered products such as, but not limited to Blue Navy Shaker, Aspen White, Charcoal Grey, Charleston White, Charleston Saddle , Clearance products sold as AS-IS may not be returned. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. Claims for knobs and pulls have to be made within 90 days from the date of purchase. Once a custom order product order has been placed, there are no changes allowed.
